While Evan is deeply invested in helping each student do their best work, with regards to Pivot productions, final casting decisions are ultimately made by the director, producer, and music director. Coaching with Evan can absolutely help performers become stronger and more prepared for all performance situations. It does not influence or guarantee casting or placement in Pivot Productions.*
